Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only if:
✔ We fail to initiate the GST application due to internal errors.
✔ Services are not started within 3 working days due to Captigma’s negligence.

2. Non-Refundable Cases 

Refunds will not be provided if

  • The user cancels after service initiation.
  • The application is rejected due to incorrect/incomplete documents.
  • Delays occur due to government processing time.
  • A third-party consultant has already been assigned the work.

 3.Refund Processing

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.
  • A 5% administrative charge may apply for transaction fees.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute and take legal action.
