2. Nature of Services
✔ Captigma is not a law firm, chartered accountant firm, or government agency.
✔ We provide business solutions for business formation, registration, compliance, and business and tax related filings and business services via digital platforms.
✔ Some services may be outsourced to third-party professionals.
3. Payment & Pricing
✔ Payments must be made in advance.
✔ Prices are subject to change without notice.
✔ Third-party service fees (if applicable) are not refundable once assigned.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
✔ Provide accurate business details and legal documents.
✔ Respond promptly to Captigma’s queries.
✔ Understand that Captigma does not guarantee government approvals.
5. 24-Hour & 48-Hour Application Filing
Captigma offers a guaranteed application filing timeline based on service selection:
- 24-Hour Filing: If you choose the 24-hour service, we commit to filing your GST application within 24 business hours of receiving all required documents and payment.
- 48-Hour Filing: For standard processing, your application will be filed within 48 business hours from document submission and payment confirmation.
- This time period excludes Sundays, Govt Holidays and Down time on GST portal
5.1 Conditions for Guarantee
✔ The timeframe starts only after receiving all required documents and full payment.
✔ Any missing, incorrect, or incomplete documentation voids the guarantee until rectified.
✔ The guarantee covers only the application filing and not government processing times.
✔ Weekends, public holidays, and government portal downtimes do not count toward the guarantee period.
5.2 Compensation for Delay
If Captigma fails to file the application within the committed time due to internal delays, the customer is eligible for:
✔ A full waiver of service fees (government fees are non-refundable).
✔ A free upgrade to priority processing for future services.
Note: This compensation does not apply if the delay is due to customer inaction, document errors, force majeure events, or government-related issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Captigma is not liable for government rejections, delays, or penalties.
- We do not provide legal representation in disputes.
- Captigma is not responsible for third-party service failures or errors.
7. Outsourcing & Third-Party Involvement
✔ Some services may be handled by external legal professionals, CAs, or consultants.
✔ Captigma is not responsible for the performance or accuracy of third-party services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad.
9. Force Majeure Clause
We are not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, internet failures, or government policy changes.
